A little plant magic gathered to adore our kitchen table during my daily lakeside walk. 

Bringing the beauty of nature indoors is a precious way to connect more deeply with Mother Gaia.

I’m obsessed with small delicate flowers and their visual beauty, and on a deeper level I feel more connected to all of life. The natural world brings such comfort and solstice to those of us more sensitive and emphatic to the chaos and noise of life.

Paying attention to each individual flower close up is a nourishing mindfulness practice bringing you into deep sacred presence

Practice: Sensing Nature. What little piece of nature can you get close up and personal with today?

Bringing your full attention to this practice. Noticing the colours, textures, shapes, patterns, smells.

Staying with your sensory experience for a 1-2 minutes, out of your thinking mind  for a just moment to embody a felt sense of nature. Feeling deeply grounded and present to your little piece of nature.
