Security & Privacy Of Information: True holistic beauty is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. No information collected by us on this site will be sold, rented or loaned except as expressly stated in this Privacy Policy and consented to by you. Any personal information provided to or to be collected by true holistic beauty is controlled by True New Zealand  Ltd, of: 19 Charles Court, Hawea, New Zealand. We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided, for example, at the time of ordering. This data is referred to in this policy as 'personal information'. When you order, we collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order(s) and to notify you about the status of your order(s).
We will also collect non-transactional data should you enter a competition, take part in a survey, request an e-newsletter or contact True or one of its associated operating companies via email. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about news and information about goods and services we think you may find valuable. At every point on the site where such personal information is collected, we give you the option to tell us if you do not want your personal information used in this way. If at any later stage you decide you would rather not receive such information please Contact us and type "NO EMAIL" in the question/comment box. True credit card information security policy

True uses the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

Payments are processed in real-time. Terrabang does not have access to your full card number. Credit card payments are secured by DPS. DPS have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre. DPS Payment Express Software is certified with over 200 banks globally.

Pricing

All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 15% but exclusive of delivery charges. We reserve the right to alter prices on the site without notice. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is received will be accepted and honoured as correct.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared.

Cancellation of Orders

In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, most orders will be shipped within 24 hours after order details have been verified and payment has been received. If customers would like to cancel an order, you are requested to contact True New Zealand Ltd within 24 hours of placing your online order. Requests for cancellation will be considered on a case-by-case basis and True New Zeland Ltd will exercise its sole discretion in determining whether an order placed through the site may be cancelled.

Availability of Products

True will always endeavor to have full stock of our items, however we may encounter small delays in supply. Also from time to time, heavy demand, limited editions or other factors beyond our control may render the products temporarily or permanently unavailable. In such circumstances the customer will be advised of the delay, the length of the delay and given product alternatives or the option of placing the product on back order.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim, damages, loss, or expense related to the supply by us of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services and except where statute expressly requires otherwise.  To the fullest extent permitted by law True New Zealand Ltd will not be liable in any event whether in beach or in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by you or any other person, even if True New Zealand was informed of the possibility of such damages.

Care of Organic Products

Since we use only the purest and highest quality ingredients, we recommend the following: The products should be stored away from direct sunlight and below 30C. They should be kept cool. Always replace the cap and keep water out. During warm weather, it is normal for the balms to become a little softer and a slight separation of oils may occur. Failure to follow these care instructions may result in the invalidation of warranty.
