Description: Our True Wisdom Exfoliate and Mask offers you a synergy blend of plant magic and earthy clays to gently remove dead skin cells and other environmental pollutants from the surface of the skin.

Our gentle dry powdered exfoliates and masks can be used every other day or as a weekly treatment to assist in improving lymph and blood circulation, assisting in unblocking pores, stimulating cell renewal and bestowing on your skin a healthy radiant glow.

For those with skin sensitivities please thread mindfully, perhaps a weekly mask mixed with honey to avoid any irritation or further complicate conditions.

Please Note: Do not use on open wounds, thin or broken skin or when skin is chronically inflamed, sunburn, over varicose veins, moles or after waxing/shaving as this may increase irritation or complicate conditions.

For best results follow with True Courage Face Mist and True Serene Face oil.

How to Use:

Exfoliate: Sprinkle a tsp of powder into a small bowl and mix with enough water, or Courage Face Mist to create a runny paste. Pour into the palm of your hand and massage gently into your face and neck, avoiding any broken capillaries. Remove with warm water and an organic muslin cloth. Gentle enough to be used every other day daily.
Mask: Using a small bowl, place 1 tsp in the bowl and mix with enough local raw honey to create a smooth thick paste. Apply a thin layer to your face and neck, avoiding the eyes and lips. Allow your skin to enjoy the magic of nature, 5-10 minutes or longer. Gently remove with warm water and an organic muslin cloth. A great weekly boost to your skincare ritual. A perfect way to complete the day while soaking your whole self in a relaxing salt bath.

Pink Mask. Created with the magic of organic plant botanicals including, balancing rose petals, calming calendula and chamomile flowers, skin brightening hibiscus flowers with a sprinkle of rosehip seeds and earthy clays to complete the blend.

Green Mask. A blend packed full of skin super foods for transitional, oily or hormonal skins. Containing a vibrant green blend of alfalfa, nettle, gotu kola, comfrey, chlorella, alongside a pinch of green and white clay and a few rosehip seeds. Carefully selected to re-balance, gently exfoliate, and reveal healthy, radiant, glowing skin.
