A gift of presence offering a quiet shift out of overwhelm, bringing your nervous system back into a more centered, regulated and grounded place of calm.

How to Use:

• As a perfume. Apply oil gently to your pulse points- wrists, neck, behind the ears. A natural alternative to traditional perfume.
• Direct palm inhalation to take pause in your day. Roll oil over both palms, rubbing them together to activate the pure scents of plant magic. Bring both hands up close to your nose and inhale deeply the soothing scents.
• As a bedtime ritual to complete your day. Apply to both wrists and enjoy the aroma as you lay your body down to rest for the night.

Or enjoy connecting with the aliveness of natures sacred scents with each new day, while meditating, during your daily skin routine, on your commute to work, at your work desk, with a client, and at days end before sleep.
