Open Heart Face Oil  

A light weight face oil with simple yet potent botanical allies suited to the heart opening and expansive energy of the warmer months and to support and gently honour the balance of what can often be termed normal skin. 

Gentle cooling flower friends of rose, chamomile and lavender infused in regenerative jojoba soothes the skin and spirit. Light hearted evening primose and raspberry seed the protector offer nourishment bringing a radiant glow to your skin. Open your heart in deepest gratitude to the plants wrapping your skin in a loving and compassionate embrace.

Use as a daily moisturiser, evening treat or combine with your mist for a lighter serum.

The Practice:

• Moisturiser: Best used with Inner Peace Botanical Mist prior to applying. Simply spritz the skin and then tenderly touch your face oil to your skin while damp, to protect the skin against moisture loss.

• Serum: In the palm of your hand blend 4-5 drops of face oil + 2 sprays of Inner Peace Botanical Face Mist into a light lotion. Press onto your skin and massage into your face and neck, using gentle upward strokes and circular motions. Adjust your oil to mist ratio with the seasons, your skin may need more oil in the cooler months and more hydrating mist during the warmer months.

• Evening: Apply a few drops to your face and neck at night after cleansing, and massage using gentle upward strokes and circular motions. for 1-2 minutes. Rest deeply in a space of gratitude to complete your day.

To maximise the full potential of your skin receiving the nourishment and magic of plants from your face oil, it is best to apply your oil within 2 minutes of completing your cleansing and hydrating mist rituals.

My face oil blends do not contain water, therefore are perfectly paired with the Inner Peace Botanical Face Mist as a way to deliver pure hydration to the skin. The oil element “seals” water into the skin and assists to prevent water loss, by creating a protective barrier.
